Room investors can resell the room nights after 1 year or stay if room is available.

Room renters get 5 USD worth of tokenroom# for every room night of stay.

Room renters can sell tokenroom# after the value of their aggregate tokenroom# has increased more than 60USD.

Swap tokenroom# with USD#

Tokenroom# tokens can be exchanged for USD# tokens and vice versa.

tokenroom# sellers: Deposit your tokenroom# in the smart contract and wait upto 60 days for a buyer.

tokenroom# buyers: You must get USD# tokens first and Participate in smart contract to get tokenroom# immediately if smart contract has tokenroom# deposited in it.

Unused USD# gets refunded after 1 block in FLO blockchain.
